Indigestion mean upset of stomach, when our stomach does not work properly and in result individual feels discomfort or nausea. Indigestion becomes common now and these days due to
certain reasons. It is serious health issue and should must solve on early stages. Such types of problem found almost all ages of people. On time treatment of indigestion can save us from
several other problems e.g. vomiting, belching, bloating or even ulcer etc.
Causes of Indigestion:
There are some common causes that disturb our stomach or disturb our digestive system. Especially our wrong eating habits can cause of indigestion; some of them can be:
When we feel hunger we start eating with high speed without breaks or pauses. In mean while we often swallow it and make our belly full with no space. According to expert our belly
should have space of one fourth.
Eating again and again can be a cause of indigestion.
Improper chewing also lead to indigestion
Using excessive quantity of alcohol, soft/cold drinks, coffee and tea can disturb our stomach.
Unbalanced diet/meal like junk food while working, laying on bed or walking ca be a cause of stomach problem.
Taking meal with anxiety or depression.
Treatment of Indigestion:
Avoid those diets that contain excessive amount of acidity.
Follow proper schedule of diet in your daily life routine.
Don’t take medicine or other drugs without expert’s opinion.
Avoid using water after getting meal. Make a habit at least half hour before meal.
Avoid sleeping right after your meal and also avoid drinking too much water before sleeping.
Take your meal on time and chew it properly.
Do not use those foods that contain large amount of acidity. Use those which contain magnesium or aluminum.
